Daughter fell from her horse. Lots of pain, tears and worries. The ED staff were amazing! The triage nurse Caitlin (I think) was very warm and welcoming to my daughter asking her to tell the story and really listened to her.
We then saw a fabulous doctor who explained everything in a child friendly language to my daughter easing any worries and concerns she had. Post X-ray the doctor took the time to show my daughter the X-ray and explain the different bones in her hand again reassuring her.
Outstanding experience from start to finish. Thank you ED!
