"Warmth, care and professionalism"

About: Gynaecology / Gynaecology Outpatients Post-Menopausal Bleeding Specialist Nurses / Nurse-led Post Menopausal Bleeding Service

(as the patient),

I visited Community maternity and woman’s health unit at Perth Royal infirmary to have a vaginal ultrasound as I had experienced bleeding and was referred by my GP.

I arrived feeling anxious but felt reassured from the minute I entered the building, from the reception to the waiting room I was met by warm friendly faces .

The warmth, care and professionalism I was shown by Sonya and Yvonne in the consulting room, made my whole experience much less of an ordeal . I left better informed and still chuckling at the way they turned something that could have been so embarrassing into something I could laugh about!

Thank you to all .
