What a lovely calming atmosphere at Cirencester small injuries unit.
The staff were smiling, helpful and the atmosphere was relaxed. The triage nurse and paramedic were first class and explained everything on offer. I had a thorough examination of the problem and everything made complete sense.
A great example of the NHS at its best.
