The new change to move appointment booking online via econsult is appalling and discriminatory.
For someone who is medically vulnerable to not be able to book a simple appointment for an acute infection with a chosen clinician and wait 7 days to be triaged is unacceptable, not to mention for someone who does not have easy access to technology or able to use it independently.
