"Very professional and reassuring"

I was transferred to AMU from my GP practice unexpectedly. On arrival the ward receptionist was calming and a friendly face during a scary time! Ward healthcare staff were very friendly promoting kindness and care in a calm environment. Dr Thomas and the rest of the medical staff were very professional and reassuring. We are very lucky to have this service and the staff are a credit to the NHS service. Thank you for all your help ❤️

Thank you taking the time to leave this lovely feedback. We will be sure to pass on to my colleague at the reception desk and the other members of the team. It certainly gives staff a boost to hear such lovely feedback.
It can be quite daunting being referred to the hospital when you are unwell and I am so pleased the team were professional and reassuring.
