(as the patient),

Was seen in Altnagelvin breast screening unit, could not fault any staff members. Very warm, smiley and helpful. 

Was seen by Dr Skelly, who spoke to me with complete respect and took my concerns seriously. Has a lovely way with his patients as I got the opportunity to see how he introduced himself to all his patients including myself. Couldn’t fault his practice, very caring.

I am aware not every patient gets the same outcomes, but I’m confident they have the best team on board to help these women through the next steps, particularly those feeling very vulnerable, nervous and deflated. 

Very grateful , thankyou to all the staff involved. Made a daunting experience that little bit easier.

Hi Pacino212,

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback.

The staff at the breast clinic try their hardest to ensure every patient attending has the best possible experience in what we know can be a very anxious time.

This feedback will be shared with staff in the unit and with Mr. Skelly who is equally lovely to his colleagues!

It is reassuring to others that your experience has been a positive one and hopefully will encourage others who are due to attend appointments at the breast clinic.
