Almost no-one listens to the patient. They seem unaware that eye problems have people attached to them, and those people have feelings.
The staff are clearly overworked and under a lot of stress, and the physical environment is awful - I woudn't want to work there. So I do feel for the staff - even though most of them don't even see me (as a person), never mind feel for me.
Perhaps closing it down would be a good idea, then no-one else would be put through the hell I have been put through, trying to make sense of the muttered words which the doctors occasionally utter, in between staring silently into their machines and computer screens.
"Actually it isn't closed. It's still there, providing a sub-standard service"
