"A fall on the way to work"

I fell crossing the road after coming off the bus, I was going to work, a lovely couple helped me up, I hurt both hands, scrapes, my left hand was quite painful and my right knee it was very painful trying to bend it. I went into work security guard helped clean my hands as both were bleeding. I went home, and my Husband said I should go to ARI accident and emergency. We arrived at the hospital and the lovely Lady at reception took my details etc. I was sent to sit at the seats beside the Minor Injuries Unit, we had been waiting just over an hour when I was called through. The lovely Nurse/Practitioner Aifric asked what had happened, she examined me and she sent me to get my right knee and my left hand x rayed. After the x ray I was told to have a seat within a couple of minutes a lovely nurse Wayne came and called me through. Aifric the Nurse/Practitioner also came in and told me my knee wasn’t broken, just badly bruised and very painful, and I had fractured my ring finger, so Wayne got all my scrapes on knee and hands all cleaned up dressings put on I got my fingers taped together and I also got a tetanus injection. Both Aifric and Wayne made me feel at ease they couldn’t of been nicer, they were professional, efficient, and  made a hospital visit so easy.Altogether  from arriving at hospital and leaving was just over 2 hours.
