I really enjoyed having FNP the past few years through both my pregnancies. Monica my health visitor is one of the nicest people i’ve ever met and made me feel so comfortable and at ease which is a really hard thing for me to feel as i suffer with social anxiety.
I was always able to ask any question without any hesitation as no matter how silly the question i was never made to feel silly for asking. If i was ever worried about my children’s weights she always made time to come check them and put my mind at ease. Having Monica by my side these last few years have made me more confident in being a mum. She has really helped me in other aspects of my life in helping me get set up with techs to continue my education. Not only was she there for my kids but she was there for me.
When you become a parent your life revolves around your kids you forget who you are and what you want to do, but Monica never let me forget that i matter too and i deserve to have other things for myself for example going and getting the qualifications i need to do my dream job. She was always my biggest supporter and she always went above and beyond for me and my kids if i had asked a question she did not know the answer to she would go out of her way to find out everything she could for me.
I honestly do not believe i would be the mother i am today without her. I will forever be grateful for her and the support i have received over these last few years i honestly was upset now that it has came to an end but will forever for everything.
"She always went above and beyond for me and my kids"
