About: Enhanced Care / Acute Care at Home

(as a relative),

The Acute Care Team Dungannon came to look after Mammy when she became very unwell after having been diagnosed with aggressive Stage 4 lung cancer.

We were able to keep Mammy at home while the Acute Care Team brought hospital care to her bedroom. The vigilance, care and kindness shown to her and to all of her family was excellent.

We will never forget their support, professionalism and kindness to us at such a difficult time.
