"Excellent and professional at all times"

I was very pleased to get my appointment in a reasonable amount of time. 

I felt a little anxious, which i think is totally understandable.  

I had the most fabulous duo that i saw, Carolyn and Helen. They put me at ease and were excellent and professional at all times. we had a bit of a laugh, which also helped me relax and feel totally at ease in their capable hands. 

I had an extremely positive experience and felt heard with any concerns I expressed.
