"The quality of my life has improved considerably"

About: Community Therapy Services / Avon Valley

(as the patient),

I was admitted to hospital when my Pulmonary Fibrosis got considerably worse. When I came out of hospital Theresa visited me in my home and made sure I had all the equipment I needed to make me as independent as possible. She ascertained what my goals were and helped me achieve them by giving me exercises to do and the necessary eqipment. This resulted in me going from being bed bound to moving around the house with walking aids and only going to bed to sleep.

The quality of my life has improved considerably. I am very grateful for Theresa’s help and encouraging and cheerful nature.
