"Helpful admin staff"

I was worried I was running late for my daughter’s dental outpatient appointment at Causeway hospital. I was unsure of where I should park and when I stopped to ask Adrian in the car park if he knew which direction I needed to go he kindly waited for me to park and then walked me to outpatients. This was so helpful and he really was very thoughtful to go over and above to direct me. I really appreciated his help!
