"Rude receptionist"

Received a call from a very rude receptionist staff member - although i am not the primary carer or number on the system for a patient in their surgery. They were very rude and abrupt, lacked customer service, carried on with a rude attitude and when highlighted, got overly aggressive and slammed the phone down on me.

They refused to help a patient that doesn't have access to a smartphone to fill in the triage form. Although clearly on their voice message it says a member of staff can help if a patient doesn’t have access to a smartphone/there is a language barrier. Attempted to call the practice manager but no one picked up the phone to place a complaint. I feel this staff member needs customer service training.
