"The standard of care I received was excellent"

I attended Templehill surgery in Troon in mid October 25 for a consultation with the physiotherapist Adam.

I have had pain ongoing in lower back, hips and calf for around 6 months. As a runner and also a fairly active person this was limiting my activity. I had a very thorough assessment, Adam took his time and helped get to the root of the issue. I left feeling heard and noticing that my back and hip pain already decreased. I was given very clear guidance verbal and printed to support my ongoing recovery,

I just wanted to say that the standard of care I received was excellent, prompt and efficient.

Great communication and I felt really listened to, Adam is an absolute credit to the NHS and I look forward to now moving forward in my recovery and getting back to all my normal activities.
