(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter recently had day surgery, she had an operation on her left ear, and I can say everything went very well, doctors done very good job, explained what they are gonna go to do and plus all staff there was very good, helpful and they looked after my daughter very well, I can recommend this hospital ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am delighted that you have had such a positive experience when visiting our unit.

I will pass on your kind words to all the staff. It can be very daunting for anyone coming in for surgery and the staff try to relieve any anxieties the patient may have by good explanations.
