"Brilliant Nurse"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Nuclear medicine (diagnostics)

(as the patient),

I recently went for a nuclear x-ray and was so well treated by Louise the Nuclear Nurse. She was intelligent, funny, made me feel at ease and so knowledgeable about what the x-ray was going to do and explaining so clearly each stage of the process.

She was so authentic and her personality shone like a beacon. She was kind and warm and ,as I say, very funny. It certainly made me smile and she made a big impression on me.

Dear sambaxt37

Thank you so much for sharing your recent experience during your nuclear X-ray. We're absolutely delighted to hear how well you were looked after by Louise, our Nuclear Medicine Nurse.

It’s clear from your message that Louise made a lasting impression – not only through her clinical knowledge and clear communication, but also through her warmth, humour, and genuine care. Feeling at ease during any procedure is so important, and we're so pleased Louise was able to provide both reassurance and a smile throughout your visit.

We will ensure your lovely comments are passed on to her and the wider team. Kind words like yours mean a great deal and are a reminder of the positive impact our staff can have every day.

Kind regards

Kevin
