"Excellent service"

About: Cannock Chase Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a service user),

Arrived at 12 as requested waited approx 1 hr then nurse came blood pressure temperature questions for the forms eg did I know what I was in for any illnesses holidays abroad etc then given a gown and put my own slippers & dressing gown on and waited to be walked down to theatre.

Mr Dobson & his team were waiting made ne feel at ease with conversations then was given an injection to numb the area then the nerve blocks.

It was uncomfortable as needles have to go in deep but was all done professionally and with kindness 10/10 service we are so lucky to have this team thank you then wheeled back to my bay had a cuppa and biscuit then was allowed to get dressed given paperwork and allowed home all within 4 hours of me arriving.

Excellent service
