I had 2 lovely people come and talk with me so they could see what help could be given. After going through several things I'm hopeful going to be put on a 3 step program. And hopefully other help to improve my mental health and socializing.
They made me feel at ease and I was able to talk to them without much of a problem.
After they left I was left feeling there may be hope for me yet 🙂🙏
