"Nurses were really pleasant"

About: Adult Health & Support Services / Vaccinations Service NHS Lanarkshire / Covid 19 Vaccination Programme

(as a service user),

I was given a warm welcome on entering by Jonny ,who was at the front desk.

I didn't get a chance to sit down, before being escorted to the booth for my vaccines, both nurses  were really pleasant and explained about the procedure.

Although very busy I wasn't hurried, and because I had a driver I didn't need to wait.

The team in Eddlewood Vaccine centre, are a credit to the NHS.

Dear Elizanejk219,

Thank you for taking the time to share such positive feedback.

I’m delighted to hear that you received a warm welcome on arrival and experienced such professional, considerate care throughout your appointment. It’s especially encouraging to know that, even during busy periods, the team ensured you felt well informed and supported.

The feedback will be shared with Jonny and the nursing team at Eddlewood Vaccination Centre Thank you again for recognising their work and for your support of the NHS.

Best Wishes

Tobias Tipper, General Manager
