"It’s helped us to feel more supported"

About: Urgent Community Response / Mid Notts Urgent Community Response Team

(as a relative),

A visit to my dad post hospital stay due to a stroke and to check anti biotic effectiveness since amoxicillin prescribed by nurse practitioner.

They were both very reassuring & competent. Clear, kind people.

Did observations and explained what they would do and what to expect from their visit and from the service in general.

It’s helped us to feel more supported in what feels like a daunting task of caring for dad at home.
