"I know if I need her she's always there"

I was introduced to my health visitor Mary when I had my baby who is now 5 months old.

Mary has made my postpartum journey so easy for me, nothing was ever to much, I feel totally supported by Mary, this has meant so much to me as a new mum but also because I didn't have a positive experience with my old health visitor for my older kids that was a traumatic time for me, so having Mary who’s absolutely lovely and actually loves her job and cares for the babies and new mums she looks after is amazing.

I'm so grateful to have her as my health visitor, I know if I need her she's always there. Mary lets me know of any programmes or classes in sure start she thinks would be good for me and she got me into one called the HENRY programme run by Chloe, the programme is very good and covers lots of different subjects its very beneficial, I'm looking forward to going back again next week, you get books and info to take home and lots of information I'm looking forward to putting to use.
