"Blood test prostate problems"

About: The Deepings Practice

(as the patient),

Blood test came back as abnormal and notes said to book appointment with GP.

The first appointment I could get is in 17 days' time and it's a telephone appointment....not particularly useful for a prostate exam.

The reception staff have a difficult job, but I feel the practice is letting them and everyone else down.

Dear Patient,

Thank you for sharing your experience. We completely understand your concern and appreciate how frustrating waiting can be. In this case, the appointment booked was a routine time frame. Our clinicians work closely with reception to ensure patients are directed to either routine or urgent appointments as needed. I would welcome you to contact us directly to look into the detail of this.

We really value your feedback and will continue looking for ways to make our appointment system as responsive as possible for all our patients.

Kind Regards

The Deepings Practice
