"Praise for PAEP"

About: Princess Alexandra Eye Pavillion

(as a relative),

My parents have asked me to pass on their appreciation of the excellent care they received while attending the Princess Alexandra Eye Pavilion hospital in Edinburgh in early October. They were welcomed in by the receptionist, the nurses were kind and caring ( Alex and a male nurse  (unfortunately they didn't get his name) but he had worked as a CSW then did his training and returned to the PAEP because he loved it so much), the people doing the fields test and scanning were very helpful, the optometrist ( Adam) was extremely helpful  and they felt he did an excellent job helping with my dad's vision. Dr Dhillon was very informative and explained things in a good manner.

Dear ando,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your parents’ kind words.

It is wonderful to hear that they felt so well cared for during their visit to the Princess Alexandra Eye Pavilion. It means a great deal to staff to know that their dedication and kindness make a real difference to patients and their families.

I have passed on your feedback to the Princess Alexandra Eye Pavilion Management Team, and I am sure everyone, from the receptionist to Dr. Dhillon, will be very touched by your kind words.

Wishing you and your parents all the very best.

Best wishes,

Ana Mezzomo
