"Fractured metacarpal, right hand"

Good morning

Further to attending the Fracture Clinic at Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Larbert for a broken metacarpal in my right hand I write to inform you of the high standard of care and treatment I have experienced when attending.

I was referred to Forth Valley Royal Hospital following assessment at Royal Alexandra Hospital, Paisley as Forth Valley Royal Hospital was listed as my local hospital. From my initial contact with the clinic at Forth Valley Royal Hospital and all subsequent attendances for review assessments and treatment I have found the department to be efficient and effective. All staff from reception, nursing and clinicians have demonstrated a high standard of professionalism and care consistently during my attendances. I found this re-assuring and I feel reflects what the health care industry is about. Could I ask that my appreciation and thanks are passed to the staff involved within the department and that they are recognised for their commitment and professionalism within a sector which is often taken for granted.
