"I felt that my condition was not taken seriously"

Unprofessional and dismissive treatment at PRUH Urgent Care Centre

I visited the Princess Royal University Hospital Urgent Care Centre early October 2025 due to severe back pain and numbness.

Unfortunately, I was treated in a very dismissive and unprofessional way. Despite being in obvious pain and explaining my symptoms clearly, I felt that my condition was not taken seriously.

The report also incorrectly stated that I suffer from depression, which is completely untrue.

I find such treatment was not only disrespectful but could also cause emotional harm to patients in vulnerable situations.

I hope this feedback helps improve communication and sensitivity towards patients in the future.
