"New online booking service"

I completed a request to see a doctor for non urgent appointment via the Stock Hill website. Completed an easy form describing my concern and symptoms and requesting proposed actions from the medical team.

Within 5 mins  I received a reply asking me to attend the surgery and after a couple more quick messages we agreed on appointment for later this week after I was offered an appointment which I could not attend as I had already travelled to work.

So much easier than the 8 am phone rush. Excellent new service and encourage more people to try it for non emergencies.
