"polite, professional and very kind"

My forgetful elderly dad was referred to the Medicine Adherence and DOM Pharmacy Service earlier this year. Catherine was the pharmacist that was assigned to his case. She was polite, professional and very kind in every phone conversation I had with her. She came out to my dad to a number of times in the last six months and she was very kind and patient with him.  Our  experience with the  Medicine Adherence and DOM Pharmacy Service was brilliant. Nothing was a problem and her communication with both my dad and myself was excellent. Catherine came into our journey at a very stressful time and was so helpful.  I can't speak highly enough of Catherine as a health care professional or about the strategies she used to help me dad. Catherine was amazing through the whole process and I can't thank her enough.
