"Oxygen nurse"

About: Community Services (Adult Physical Health) / Respiratory and Home Oxygen Service

(as a service user),

The nurse came to do my oxygen review and could smell gas.  She was very very efficient and called the gas people who found and fixed a gas leak. I cannot thank Penny (the nurse) enough It could have turned into a serious situation which Penny, God bless her, averted for us .Thank you, Penny.

I lead the Respiratory and Home Oxygen Service. The service is a home visiting service and we support patients to manage their condition and ensure treatment is evidence based and that it is the best that can be offered for the patient We are a 09:00-17:00 service and do not work weekend or bank holidays

Thank you so much for taking the time to give feedback with regards to Penny.

It sounds like she did a great job in supporting you with a bad situation that could have easily become dangerous.

I will ensure that I pass on your thanks to her.

As a service we always like to go over and above for our patients and Penny is definitely fulfils that criteria she is an asset to our team.

Thank you again for your feedback
