Have had great services from my appointments. Details below:

Medication review - Pharmacist, Paula
Broken L/wrist 
R/Hip new implant 
L/ankle three fractures at Xmas time 
Had to get 2 cortisone injections for hands 
Always have back but, it is ostipine (on tablets from years) (on aldecot, seen at musgrove park)
Now doing exercise every day for my balance. 
Lost confidence since my fractures.

I am sorry to hear you have had so many fractures. I am glad you found the Community Falls Team input helpful and are now doing daily exercises to improve your balance. I hope with doing these your confidence and balance improve.
