"Pleasant and helpful"

About: Community Services - North Devon / Community Rehabilitation

(as the patient),

By careful listening and questioning, Vicky established where my needs would be best met.

A chart of exercises was provided and gently explained, and she noted the present aids we had bought.

She suggested two areas where handrails would help, and she arranged for the fitting.

Follow-up visits followed to check on progress.

Vicky's pleasant and helpful manner has made her a friend.

Many thanks for taking the time to provide feedback on the service you received from the Bideford Community Rehab Team. I am so pleased to hear Vicky provided such a kind, caring and supportive assessment and was able to prescribe exercises and equipment where needed. I will pass on your kind feedback to her and the rest of the team.

I'm pleased the therapy team input has been beneficial and wish you continued success and recovery.

The Rehab Team would be more than happy to provide further support if needed and you can now refer yourself to the team directly if it is ever needed.

Kindest Regards

Susan
