I am praising the thoroughness of the consultation I received. I feel this allows for a fuller picture to emerge and be able to develop strategies to cope. Whilst I appreciated it wanted to reflect the peace of mind that accompanies. You feel heard, validated, understood and also part of the procedure with its transparency rather than believe something is being done to you and that you have to endure. It was a huge relief as asking and answering as much as I could meant I was involved, engaged in, and cared for. I felt reassured that all angles were covered and that a follow up would be able to establish progress.
The x ray was quick
I took up a cancellation appointment but this did not come through to me as a text so I only had the phone conversation to go on. I rang earlier to establish I had the right time
I can't seem to use the care app. My care. I had a problem. Couldn't get in despite my phone holding password details. Rang. Was told to alter the password. I said I couldn't do that. I would not be willing to as I would have problems. I asked to deactivate it. I was told it would be yet I also visited mri scan recently and there was a follow up message I couldn't open. My point is not everyone can access these apps successfully and when there are problems there is little solution. Personally I don't like too much information going in to something I have no control over
Referring to recent miu visit. First time the miu was shut. When I returned I was told to highlight most serious reason and the second didn't get looked at. Third as I'm over 65 was told should go to A&E but as vitals OK and nothing could be done, to not bother. It was only later I realised this was not appropriate as I developed further symptoms and also could have injured further which wasn't investigated
