About: Talking Therapies North Lincs

(as a service user),

I had 3 phone appointments which were supposed to be with the same person. Twice it was passed to someone different, which resulted in going over the same questionnaire, which wasn't helpful. The third phone call was to say my appointment was cancelled and had to change to another person, which resulted in me telling them forget it, this therapy had caused me more stress than I originally had!!! So my feedback is negative.

In my experience, RDASH give no help, no consistency, do not call on the day or time when they say they will, push you from person to person. No good!!

In my view, it's a waste of NHS £ and waste of my time.

The last person I spoke to sounded like they was doing house work or something, rattling round, obviously not listening to me and sounded like they were walking around preoccupied.

This is disgusting, I'm from a mental health background in my work pre-retirement, and know this is sub standard treatment.

I told the last person I spoke to, don't bother me again, it's a waste of my time, I'll manage. I do think there will be other people out there getting the sane treatment who cannot and will not manage.

I believe RDASH need a good sort out, employ people who care and are actually interested in getting people better.
