"A very pleasant appointment"

I recently attended my ultrasound appointment. I was taken very promptly to my appointment by Claire and introduced to Sam who was going to do my scan. I was told what was going to happen and had to lie up on the bed. Sam was very thorough and friendly and explained to me what he was looking for, it put my mind at ease. Claire informed me my dr would be in touch with me regarding my results etc. All in all a very pleasant appointment - credit to Sam for his expertise, and Claire for putting me at ease and chatting to me.
