I made an appointment to have my coil removed and it was a really positive and informative experience. I decided to have my coil removed to try and start a family and they were really encouraging and provided lots of information regarding that which was really helpful.

I answer phone calls from patients, book their appointments, find answers to their questions through liaising with clinicians, welcome patients and help where necessary. Plus admin duties.
