"Recent femur surgery"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Breast Clinic Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Oncology unit Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Orthopaedic Ward B23

(as the patient),

I was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer which has spread to my bones and I needed to have surgery to prevent hip/pelvis fractures. The surgery went well and I've Mr Finlayson to thank for that. I was transferred to b23 where I had a very comfortable stay and all the Nursing staff were brilliant. So big thank you to Carris, Caoimhe, Sylvanna, Caroline (bank ns) Kris, Evie, Kylie and Stacey (bank). Nothing was a problem.

I feel that the care I received was fantastic from oncology, breast team, surgeon and b23.
Thank you all so much.
