"They were stars"

About: Lagan Valley Hospital / Regional Day Procedure Unit

(as the patient),

This is my second time getting the procedure as first one didnt work, (different surgeon) the first surgeon i feel wasn't helpful towards me and felt very rushy.

I finally met up with Mr Spence. He calmy listen to all my worries he was very reassuring in helping me get sorted, he got me in, done the procedure, I was on day 2 and was not even nearly in as much pain as the first, everything felt better. And I cant thank him enough,

I also want to thank all the nurses that took care of me that day before and after as after I was quite grumpy! (Im sorry) but yous where stars!!

Thank you to everyone 🖤

Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Good to hear you had a positive experience with Mr Spence and the Nurses in our department.

Hope you are recovering well.
