(as a relative),

I would like to thank Rhiannon, the district nurse that looked after my father. In the very difficult situation that we were in as a family she was a shining light. She understood what needed to be done and helped navigate the complex world of community services. Without her we would have been lost. Many thanks for all your work and support.
