"Flexible cystoscopy, Botox injections to bladder"

My experience was of 1st class care. Jenny carried out the procedure in a professional, efficient manner putting me at ease throughout. An excellent male nurse chatted to distract me and help keep me calm. I had no need to worry, procedure was just a little bit uncomfortable ( to be expected ) but relatively pain free. Felt prick from each botex injection, (6 I think in total ) but the feeling subsided within seconds. I was treated with the utmost respect with modesty preserved as much as possible. Happy to report procedure was a great success. Would highly commend all the staff I encountered in Craigavon Area Hospital for their kindness and professionalism throughout my consultations and treatment.
