"Absolute asset"

About: Sexual Health Services - South Staffordshire (Open Clinic)

(as the patient),

Had a sudden come on of what is now confirmed is herpes which I already had a feeling of however didn’t want to think it was as to most people an STI is the worst, but Caroline at the clinic recently made me feel so better about the situation. Trying to wrap my head around it but to have it worded to me in the ways that Caroline did, I walked out after being treated by this wonderful nurse. Absolute asset to the NHS and this service. Amazing service, put to ease within seconds. Reassured me, even at my age.

My name is Andrew and I am a Senior Administrator for the Open Clinic and part of my role is to respond to Care Opinion feedback. I would firstly like to thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback which does mean a lot to our team and is an important contribution to learning and service improvement.

I have shared your feedback with Caroline and she will be pleased that she was able to reassure you regarding Herpes. 😊
