"Rude staff member"

I called Addington Medical Centre (Barnet) and had a very very rude member of staff of the reception there I assume. When I told them what I needed help with and asked if I could get some assistance with it, they were condescending in their manner, telling me they needed my date of birth in a very rude tone that had me actually stop for a second in shock . After leaving me on hold they came back to me with information from someone senior and told me that next time I would have to make my own arrangements and this was the last time they would help (it’s the first time i had ever needed help with this issue and I’m not sure how I would possibly ‘make my own arrangements’ to get a prescription from my GP?) They generally had a really awful manner that I can’t really describe through typing but I really think someone needs to have a word with them about this as it really upset me and made me cry. Furthermore I didn't find the phone call helpful due to their manner so I was left confused.
