(as a service user),

I just want to extend my thanks and gratitude for the treatment I received from Joy.

For at least 40 years i have been suffering from constant heartburn with little ease from medication, during my visit to Joy I explained my problem and she has worked relentlessly since trying to get me relief from my symptoms. 

She has really went way beyond what she had to do contacting consultants and getting me different medication. 

She constantly keeps in contact with me and is genuinely concerned about the people in her care. 

To be honest this is the first time that someone has taken the time to follow up on me.

So again I just want to reiterate my appreciation and thanks for the hard work she has done for me.
