I had a really good experience, as well as one can getting an uncomfortable procedure done. Both of the medical staff who did the procedure were lovely, explained everything really well and helped distract me with chatting when the painful parts were happening, to keep my mind off it as best as possible. Overall they made me feel very comfortable and I’d go back to them to have this done again when I need my next replacement done.
