Robotic Assisted Radical Prostatectomy.
Every single step of my journey concerning my prostrate cancer diagnosis to surgery, has exceeded my expectations and made this decision on how best to deal with this disease at a relatively young age, an easier experience.
Each stage of Urology testing and clarification of options, was made with a feeling of confidence in that my care program was with a great deal of previous knowledge and experiences, but with the goal of not just surviving this disease, but making life so much better and worthwhile afterwards.
Pre-op assessment was extremely thorough, making sure no stress was present come actual day of surgery.
Was extremely impressed with Tarik Amer for his performance in theatre alongside all the others that formed a strong team of professionals that “knew their job perfectly”
Afterwards, the aftercare in Ward 54 with all the staff were extraordinary motivators, truly inspiring patients back to great health after their ordeals.
Day 3 after my surgery, I’m feeling like I’m the luckiest man; given the chance to enjoy life again amongst my family and friends, with many more years to come to enjoy.
"All the staff were extraordinary motivators"
