"Given a prescription to be told it was wrong"

About: Healthharmonie Limited

(as the patient),

Got referred to Health Harmonie for demotology.

First appointment was quite pleasant, doctor listened to me and understood the challenges with a pre existing condition potentially interacting with potential treatments. Sent me away with a treatment plan and prescription which I followed for a few months. 2nd appointment I was told that I was taking the wrong dosage when I was taking the medication as prescribed. They doubled the dosage and prescribed a 2nd cream for me to use. Few months later when I went to order a repeat pharmacy couldn't get it approved by the clinic, took me 3 phone calls over 2 weeks to get them to send the prescription. I then heard nothing from them for the next few months, when I called to see when my next appointment was they told me that a follow up wasn't booked and that there were no appointments available. I was told to call back and try again which I did for the next few weeks with no luck. Then my prescription wasn't authorised again so at this point I gave up and assumed they were done with me.

8 months later I get a phone call from health harmonie asking to get booked in for an appointment. 8 months I have been off the medication and they're asking me to book in, I honestly thought this was a joke.

Shocking experience all around, made to think it was my fault I was taking the wrong dosage when I was taking it as prescribed. Weeks waiting and chasing for them to renew my prescriptions. No review/follow up appointments to see how I was getting on with the medication leaving me to think I was dropped as a patient despite trying to get said appointments.
