"The staff are just first class"

I attended Douglas street, Hamilton tonight and there are a few points i would like to tell.

The staff are just first class, from reception to nurses to doctors.

I would just like to thank the lady at reception for phoning me when I left because I lost some money and a kind person handed it in and 10 mins later the reception lady phoned me and i got it back, Thank you to the kind lady and the young man for handing it in.

The nurse Liz was amazing, they all are, they treat everyone with very kind care from all walks of life and health issues.

The lady Doctor was just fantastic, we need more of her, very thoughtful and was right on my illnesses, checked me out with care and didn't miss anything.

Some people think Douglas street is just turn up and get few pills and on you go, but that didn't happen there, I can tell you, We should thank the service because everyone from the Lanarkshire area this service we couldn't do without, it's well run and everyone should be very grateful for what we have got and do not abuse the staff.

I seen the doctor asking the reception to order a taxi for the old lady, and the taxi guy came in and got the old lady and brought the wheel chair back in. That's what you call a great a service to the community from Douglas street Hamilton community services.

That's the care and service this place gives out to the community.
