In a short space of time I lost 2 family members, and struggled with not feeling like I had a purpose. I contact the counselling service through the hospice and was able to talk about my feelings which does help and I would recommend to anyone. Jo was wonderful she listened and showed a lot of empathy and although I have finished my sessions she made sure I knew I could contact them again if I needed further support

First of all, can I say how sorry I am that you experienced 2 significant losses in such a short space of time, this must have been an extremely difficult time for you. I am so pleased you accessed the counselling and had a positive experience where you were able to process your thoughts, feelings and emotions in relation to your grief during this painful period of time.
