About: Emergency Department / Minor Injuries

(as a service user),

I would like to extend my deepest thanks to the entire team involved in my care during my recent fractured ankle injury.

A special thank you to the member of staff who led the way with incredible professionalism and compassion — from identifying the exact area of concern and coordinating the X-ray, to assisting with the realignment procedure. Your clinical skill and calm guidance were truly reassuring at a time when I needed it most.

Thank you to another member of staff for your steady support and kindness throughout the process. Your presence made a real difference and helped me feel more at ease during what was a very stressful experience.

Thank you all for your dedication, teamwork, and human touch. I feel truly fortunate to have been in such capable and caring hands.
