I have blood pressure that on occasions can hit the top button and as I live alone, I call 111 for advice. As usually at a weekend or an evening. The staff who answer are always very caring and understanding. If an ambulance is called the paramedics must have a degree in their bedside manner, most have a sense of humour which as I share this gift, I think helps in worrying situations.. I just wanted to say a big thank you to all staff.
