(as a service user),

We were treated really well. We checked in and the lady on reception was so good, she reassured us that if he was really sore and not seen to come to her. So understanding. The triage were lovely. We were seen promptly and treated so well. The doctor, Jack was fab and thorough and the nurses were lovely.

I am delighted that you were treated so well and I will share your kind words with Jack and the rest of the team. Such positive feedback is great for staff morale and a lovely way to reward them for providing the standards of care that we expect all our patients to receive.
